As far as 56 Signed LLC is concerned, our desire is your satisfaction. We might point out, due to the materials we use, there may be some inherent imperfections; but we think they add character and uniqueness to the pens. If you’re intent on returning the pen that we diligently and personally created for you, please don’t hesitate to do so; but please within 56 days from the date of the shipment and we’ll either exchange for another of equal value or refund the full purchase price including shipping.
